FAQ and Policies

How do I place my order?

Each item that requires a customization will have an order form in the direct product listing. Complete that order form and click “add to cart” to add your order to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and purchase your item. Once you’ve completed your order, we will receive your custom order notes and create your product to order.

What is hand stamped jewelry?

Please realize that each piece is stamped by hand with a hammer and metal stamp, one letter at a time. No two pieces will be exactly alike. Letter impressions may not be perfectly in- line. These small variations should not be viewed as imperfections, but rather part of the charm and uniqueness of your piece.

What is your production time?

The production time will vary according to the time of the year & the volume of orders coming in at that time.

The production time is how long it will take for piece(s) to be made & does not include shipping times. Weekends and Holidays are excluded from the production time.

**Please make sure you use the address you want your item(s) sent to when purchasing. This makes for less mistakes and doesn’t take time away from production

Shipping – When will I receive my package?

All shipping is done through USPS. Once in the mail, you will receive an email that your package is on its way and a tracking number attached. That way you will be able to know when to expect it to arrive.

Delivery time frames –

US packages are normally 2-5 days for delivery but can be up to 10 business days.
